For all you fans of Panera Mac and Cheese, I’m about to blow your mind. This is the actual Panera Mac and Cheese recipe that the company had posted on their website some time ago. Thank goodness my neighbor saved it for all of us to enjoy!

But why would you overcook it?
The steak in the video is cooked to medium. The steak in our blog post is cooked to medium-rare. Adjust the time to fit your preference. :)
@@AmandaFormaro That's maybe medium on the inside, but the edges border on well done. Reduce the temperature and increase the cook time for a more homogenous result.
